Born in South America, Rich as a young boy was sent to finish his studies in the United States. Before attending college, he served in the United States Marines. After three years in the military, Rich went on to receive a degree in Business & Communications at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After graduating from college Rich was immediately hired by a top Real Estate firm to manage one of their offices in the Los Angeles area.
At one point, during his many years in Los Angeles, Rich worked for Chase Bank as a real estate Investment Consultant for their Real Estate division in Santa Monica, California. His combined banking and real estate experience later on led him to being involved in several successful real estate ventures and syndication while working at the Merry Lynch Investments Division in Studio City, Los Angeles.
Prior to moving out of California, Rich became a part owner of a real estate investments firm specializing in the sale of high end real estate properties as well as setting up limited partnerships with his own clients for the acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings.
He moved to Florida in 2001 with wife and three kids inspired by the beautiful weather and the sense that Florida would become a mega magnet for real estate investors world wide… especially those coming from South America. Having traveled to a total of 17 different countries plus actually having once lived for nine months abroad, Rich acquired very valuable ‘people skills’ and a deep understanding of those cultures when it comes to them moving their families or their capital to the United States.
His professionalism, high ethics and dedication to results are a tremendous advantage to his real estate clients in the competitive South Florida real estate market.
